Your tasks and responsibilities
- You are responsible for telephone switching at the visitor reception
- You manage the visitor book, create visitor badges, receive visitors and forward them to the responsible contact persons in the building
- You take care of the incoming mail (distribution to the appropriate mailboxes) and the outgoing mail
- You are responsible for the distribution of office supplies
- General correspondence and administrative tasks are part of your duties
- You will supervise the trainees in the area of visitor reception
- You carry out basic administrative tasks, such as billing the fleet’s logbooks
- You carry out tasks according to the instructions of the team and department management
The amount of payment is based on a salary of up to EG 6 TVöD (VKA) and is subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.

- Experience in visitor reception and office organization
- Good at using the telephone system (operator console)
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

- PC knowledge and mastery of standard software
- Class B driving license
